Metoda mnożnikowa – opiera się na porównaniu mnożników firm z branży, w której działa wyceniana spółka (np. EV/EBITDA, P/E, P/BV). Metoda ta bardzo dobrze odzwierciedla bieżący stan rynku, wymaga mniejszej liczby założeń oraz jest prostsza w zastosowaniu.
